About Ryan

I grew up in Tulsa, Oklahoma, but the mountains of Colorado have always felt like a second home, thanks to frequent family trips during my childhood. This early connection to the mountains led me to the University of Colorado in Boulder, where I pursued a degree in Economics.

In 2017, I relocated to Vail, embracing the mountain lifestyle full-time. I spent several years working in property management and short-term rentals, which provided me with valuable insights into the local real estate market and helped me hone my skills in property management.

Seeking to advance my career, I joined Slifer Smith & Frampton in 2023 as an office marketing coordinator. This role offered me a chance to delve into the intricacies of real estate marketing. Motivated to enhance my understanding of real estate, I was fortunate to become a licensed assistant for two very experienced brokers. This invaluable experience expanded my knowledge and paved the way for my eventual transition into a full-time brokerage role, where I continue to collaborate with them.

Now, as a full-time broker, I leverage my diverse experiences to guide clients through the buying and selling process. I remain committed to personal growth and professional development, staying updated with market trends and continually learning new strategies.

When I'm not working, I make the most of Colorado's great outdoors. Hiking, skiing, and mountain biking are my go-to activities for relaxation and adventure. I live in Edwards with my wife and son, enjoying the vibrant community and breathtaking landscapes we are lucky to call home.
